The color combination this week was Chocolate Chip, Really Rust and Baja Breeze. You can’t go wrong with those colors. I pulled up a quick sketch from here and my card came together in no time. This is one of the possible cards for my class this coming weekend. I have been playing around with ideas but haven’t narrowed them down yet.
The Harvest Home image was colored in with an AquaPainter and Earth Elements Watercolor Wonder Crayons. I just love these crayons, and while supplies last you can purchase a large AquaPainter for $7.25 (#114617). That is a fantastic deal! They are so smooth and easy to move around on your paper. The image was stamped in Jet Black Stazon on Very Vanilla cardstock. I simply added a strip of Baja Breeze designer series paper and one of Autumn Vine designer series paper. The entire layer is up on dimensionals. The sentiment was stamped in Versamark and then heat embossed with white embossing powder. I also set this layer up on dimensionals.
Today Evan had playgroup in our house. He is so happy to have Miss Cindy coming over and has been talking about it all week. I say playgroup, but it’s just the 3 of us. I am looking forward to the weekend already. Only 2 more days!
