Simple Ornaments

I wish I could say that this card was my original idea, but it’s not.  I found this card by alystamps on SCS and fell in love with it.   It was so gorgeous I stuck with the color scheme and everything.  The base is Riding Hood Red and is followed by a layer of Whisper White.  On this I stamped the sentiment from Best Yet in Riding Hood Red.  I then added Silver cording and ornaments that were stamped in Versamark and then heat embossed with White embossing Powder.  I added a silver brad in the center and set the ornaments up on dimensionals.  The most difficult part of this card was tying the silver cording.  It’s elastic so it is quite a feat.  After the first one I had it figured out and it was a lot easier.

I hope you are having a fantastic weekend!  I’m off to stamp today for another World Card Making Day event.
